I recently enjoyed the finest meal of my life; a genuine masterpiece of culinary brilliance. The roasted sea bass served with a roasted lemon at Buddy’s in the Venetian (Las Vegas) may forever remain the scrumptious pinnacle of my taste buds.

  1. If you ever make it to Long Beach, CA, the Chilean sea bass is La Traviata’s signature dish. It’s delicious.
