If you’re not speaking what is written, you are not saving a soul and it’s not love. Please pull back your hand to another if you’re preaching something you or another designed; something not from God. The only time that can be compassionate is when you declare it, “not of God.” Misguiding the vulnerable under the guise of Jesus is treachery.
Love is Awesome!
Loving another person is the closest any of us will ever get to understanding the world of original design. Being loved by another person is the closest any of us will ever get to understanding Jesus. Having a rock solid confidence in the love of another is the closest we will get, while on earth, to finally being with God in glory; His child. No wonder love is awesome!

A Little Arsenic in Your Water – Pray for Discernment

When Motives Are Filled With Duplicity
It does happen. A foe or a feign friend makes you a target. Unnerving you, she criticizes you before your group, uses meaty sarcasm to describe your life choices and … Continue reading When Motives Are Filled With Duplicity
Death by Dialogue
Jesus was a hell fire preacher.
Jesus said, “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.” (ESV, Matthew 7:13-14
Jesus makes it sublimely and magnificently clear that He loves us. But, He doesn’t sugarcoat Hell and judgment. He referred to people in contrasting terms such as sheep and goats, sinners and righteous, children of God and children of the Satan, and wheat and tares.
It’s up to us if we want to choose God’s free pardon to us or we can argue about it as all being unfair. The thing that isn’t fair is to make hell more palatable in order to convert more people wrongly. People can argue about this all day and night and declare universalism as “the way.” Remember, Jesus said that those who find it would be few. The trend is obviously the wide way.
I mean, what are we talking about when we talk about someone being saved? Saved from what, then? “The Bible isn’t the Word of God,” is a popular notion by many, too. I don’t even know what to do with that and I’m weary of the claim. I have a different and convinced position so I must let it be.
I am actually not giving up what I have been saved from nor will I give up a new heaven, a new earth and my residency with God in Eternity because I need to please people who believe they have a better idea of how this should go; an idea that they believe trumps the design of God.
I’m not too interested in continuing a lot of defense for the Word of God and what Jesus said. It’s death by dialogue.
